I AM the Ascended Master Mother Mary, and it is my great joy to open this webinar as I have opened so many conferences. What I would like to focus on here is the situation of women.

Improving the situation of women

Now, if you go back 250 years and look at women’s situation in America and compare it to today, has there been improvement in women’s situation? Of course, it is obvious that there has been improvement in many different ways. Two hundred and fifty years ago women did not have the right to vote, they did not have the right to run for office, they were considered unfit to hold any kind of office or any kind of position, basically any kind of position outside the home except what has jokingly been called the world’s oldest profession. Naturally, there has been great improvement but it has, in many ways, been slow and slower than in many other democratic nations, most notably in Canada, Northern Europe and others that United States likes to compare itself to. For example, women did not receive the right to vote until 1920.

You will see that what has happened is that there was a period where there was more equality given to women, where women were allowed to go out and take jobs. This really took a new turn during the Second World War where there were so many young men that were soldiers overseas that they needed women in the factories to build the ships and do many other things that women traditionally were not thought to be suited for. But women of course, proved them wrong and proved that they could do most of the jobs that men can do. Up through the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s there was an increase in equality. More women were elected to office for example, more women got various kinds of jobs, although there is still a great lack in women in really high positions in corporations and companies.

The manosphere and the anti-feminist movement

Naturally women’s situation has improved greatly, but there has now for some decades been a reversing trend which has not really eroded women’s equality but is attempting to do so. This is the anti-feminist movement we might call it, also called the manosphere, but also certain parts of the Christian movement in America who believe that women’s role is in the home, that women should be subordinate to men and serve men.

This is something I wish to comment on because it has some quite severe ramifications for the future of America and the potential for manifesting a golden age in America. We can in a sense say, if we want to be a little bit dramatic and why should not we be, that whether the golden age will manifest first in America or in Europe will depend on women and women’s situation in society. It is, of course, no coincidence that we have named the 2020’s the Decade of Women and being a little over the halfway mark here, we can see that certainly worldwide there has been an exposure of many of the elements that are affecting women’s standing in societies around the world and of course, in the United States.

I am not saying that this trend of the manosphere and the anti-feminist movement is particularly worrying in the long run. It is more of an example of how things must be outplayed to the extreme so that they eventually become so absurd that more and more people can begin to see this.

A changing world

Let us step back a little bit and look at this phenomenon—the manosphere, the conservative Christians, the Christian nationalists, the backlash, so to speak, against feminism and equality and wokeism and whatever they call it. Let us look at the roots of this. We can of course, look at this in the immediate situation and we can say that part of this is driven by men who are afraid that they will fall behind the development in society, and this is not a matter of women. This is actually a matter of the fact that society is of course changing and it is changing in very dramatic ways. It is changing in such a way that we can say that you go back several decades and there were many jobs, positions in society, where you could say that the main qualification for holding that job was that you showed up and you had a pulse. Today these positions are more and more disappearing and there are more and more jobs where you have to qualify for the job and your performance on the job depends on your merit, your willingness to perform the job, your willingness to learn the job, your willingness to transcend yourself and do better in that job than other people are willing to do.

What you have is a group of men, often young men, who are used to from previous lifetimes, that they do not really need to look at themselves, to look at society and say: “What do I need to do to qualify for a job in the society I am living in?” They still carry with them from past lifetimes this desire that: “Oh, it should be enough that I just apply for a job and I am willing to show up every day and do the minimum requirement that is needed to fill the job.” They believe that they are entitled to those kinds of jobs. Some of these people did not embody in modern democracies in their past lifetime. Many of them did not embody in America in their past lifetime. They embodied in other countries that have a more patriarchal culture where they were used to the fact that they were men was enough to get them a job that could get them by in life.

An new opportunity for self-transcendence

They, of course, also came from these societies where women are much more suppressed than they are in the United States and other modern democracies. They believe that they are entitled to something from women. They are entitled to have a wife who is subordinate to them and who fulfills their needs, whatever they may be. What you see here is that a certain number of these lifestreams were given an opportunity to embody in America, for example. They were given this opportunity in the hope that they would step up and be willing to transcend themselves and live up to the demands in their society, which were higher demands in America than they were in the countries they embodied in their last lifetime. What happens of course, is that a quite considerable number have been willing to do this, but there are some that have not. Now they are looking for a way to justify why they will not transcend themselves, why they do not need to transcend themselves, why they should not have to transcend themselves. In other words, it is the good old psychological mechanism that people who will not do better seek a justification for not even trying.

This is, of course, a problem in every advanced society, but it has not in previous generations been such a big problem in America, because American culture has been built on you have to do better, you have to be willing to make an effort, the American dream, so to speak, that if you make an effort, you can make it. Now you are seeing a growing number of especially young men in America who want the American dream without making an effort and because they realize this is not going to work, they are looking for an explanation that in their minds justifies why they do not have to make an effort, why they should not have to make an effort, why somehow society should just give them what they need, including giving them a woman who is subservient to them in all ways.

A complete disconnect between men and women

What you at the same time see is that because women have been given an opportunity that they did not have in previous generations, many women who are incarnating now are willing to exert themselves, to step up, to transcend themselves, to do better in society. You see here that it is not that there is anything wrong with equal opportunity for men and women, with equality, with feminism. It is simply you have a group of men who are not willing to make an effort, and you have a larger group of women who are willing to make an effort.

This means naturally, that these women who have a goal in life, who see a career for themselves, and who are willing to do what it takes to manifest that career, well, what kind of men are they looking for? Do you think they are looking for these kind of men who do not want to exert themselves and to somehow want their woman to go out and work and support them so the men do not have to work, but at the same time the women have to do all the work in the house and raise the children and be so servient and give the men sex whenever he wants? You see a complete disconnect here between two groups of people, where the women are not looking for the kind of men who do not want to transcend themselves, who do not want to do what it takes to manifest the American dream according to this popular image of the American dream, whether it is realistic or not is not my topic here.

This is the immediate situation. You have a group of women who want to go somewhere. You have a group of men who do not, and a group of men who do not want to exert themselves are in a sense, jealous of the women who are willing to do so and now they have been persuaded by some people that this is unjust, that this is not right, that society has become too woke, too liberal, too left-wing, too socialist and that these women should be forced to go back to traditional roles. What these men do not ask themselves is a simple question. Even if all women had to live up to traditional roles, could they still find a woman who wanted them? In most cases, the answer, the brutal answer, is no. There are just no women who want these kinds of men who do not want to transcend themselves and go somewhere.

The old boy’s network

This is the immediate situation, but of course, there is a much bigger perspective that I want to discuss. Because what is it that is actually happening here? Well, what is happening is that there is a power elite in the United States that is very strong still and this is a power elite of white men. Not all of them in the northeast, many of them in the tech valley in California, some of them in other places as well, but they are predominantly white men. They think they should run the country and to a large degree they still do, but they think they should continue to run the country. They are constantly paranoid about any threat to their dominance.

One of the threats they see is precisely these women who want to go somewhere in society because these white men are also used to having a position by the fact that many of them were born into rich and entitled and privileged families and they have inherited a position from their parents. These men, the last thing they want to do, many of them, not all of them, but many of them, is to step out in the public view because their families have for many generations now been running the country behind the facade, behind the scenes. They are unknown to the public, unseen, their influence is unseen because they have this, what is popularly called the old boy’s network. The old boy’s network does not want any women to come in and upset the apple cart. They have seen the possibility of using this manosphere, this movement among men, combined with a movement among Christians that want to go back to traditional values and suppress women.

Promoting chaos and conflict

Let me just ask you a simple question. When you look at the situation, not only of America, but all modern democracies, do you really think it is at all realistic to take away women’s right to vote? How do you really think this could happen in modern day America? They are promoting something that is entirely unrealistic and they know it. Why are they promoting it? Because it creates conflict and chaos. You see, this elite, these old boys, they do not care at all about the young men who cannot find a woman. They do not care about women. They do not care about democracy. They care about preserving their power.

Where does this come from? Well, you cannot understand this based on traditional history, a traditional understanding of the world. You can only understand this when you have the teaching we have given now for so many years, explained so carefully about fallen beings. You can only understand this when you realize that there is a power elite of people who have no empathy, no humanity, who do not care about the general population, who only care about themselves, their power, their privilege, and maintaining it.

The established and the aspiring elite

Now, as we have said before, there are always divisions in the power elite because they are trapped in duality and in duality there are always two opposite polarities, if not more. Therefore, there are always at least two groups in the power elite. There is an established elite that wants to preserve the power and privilege they have. There is an upcoming elite that wants to get the power and privilege, perhaps because they think they could do better than the old elite but that is just the facade, the surface belief. They just want the power that the old elite has. They will not admit this. They probably will not even admit it to themselves because they have clothed themselves in this mindset that they would know better.

You see right now the old established elite of the large companies and corporations and old families, and you see the upcoming tech billionaires from Silicon Valley and other places that are seeking to buy their influence upon the president and in all ways change society because they think they know better how society should be run. They think they can declare and get away with it that empathy is an evolutionary weakness.

If you do not understand that there is always an established power elite of fallen beings and an aspiring power elite of fallen beings and that there is always a conflict between the two, well, you cannot really understand what is going on and you cannot really understand why women’s situation seems to be under threat in the United States. Because you see what is happening here is that you have the established elite who wants to maintain their privileges and they are the ones who are funding, paying for this conservative movement of the Christians who long back to traditional values, even traditional family values.

You have this movement, the manosphere, the Christian nationalists, the ultra-conservative Christians that are sort of merging together in some ways, interacting and promoting this view of women. They want to maintain status quo. Then you have the upcoming elite of the tech billionaires that are not so concerned about women and women’s situation, even though most of them are men and most of them actually look down upon women, but they are not openly doing this. They want to buy influence on the government so they can promote their technological monopolies, not only in the United States, but worldwide. You have these two forces aspiring for dominance.

You may say, if they are opposing each other, why are they both supporting the Republican Party? But are they both supporting only the Republican Party because they are also supporting the Democratic Party, because they are hedging their bets. They do not care which party is elected. They just want to have an inroad in whatever party is elected so they can influence them.

Turning points in history

But if you step even further back from this, you see that there may be an established elite who ideally wants to maintain their power and privilege. But they know, because they have seen this throughout history and they have read between the lines in the history books more than most historians have, they know that this cannot always be done. They see in history that there are certain turning points where they cannot stop the changes.

One of these big turning points, that many of the power elite in America are keenly aware of, is the creation of the United States. They see that there was an established elite in England who wanted to have control over the colonies in order to extract as much wealth as they could, just as they did in India and other colonies and they were the ones who, of course, opposed the revolutionaries and the founding of America. But they also saw that as soon as America was founded and that it could not be stopped in its infancy, well, if you cannot beat them, join them. Some of the old elite now established a foothold in the United States, not right away but gradually, and there were other people in the United States that came up and gradually formed an elite.

What they are very well aware of is that there can come these points in history where they see that society is on the precipice of a fundamental shift. They cannot prevent the upheaval that often comes before a shift. They cannot stop it. They see that there will be upheaval, there will be dissatisfaction, there must be change. And what they do as a last-ditch attempt to control the change is they seek to actually inflame the conflict. You would think that those who want to maintain status quo, they want to deflate the conflict so they can maintain status quo. But when they see that status quo is lost, they will actually attempt to inflame the conflict, exaggerate the conflict, accelerate the conflict.

Inflaming the conflict

Why? Because they see throughout history that the vast majority of the population want stability in their daily lives and when the people see that the stability of their daily lives is threatened, they are willing to compromise on principles and ideas. In other words, putting bread on the table could be more important than high-flung ideals about a new republic and a new form of government with liberty and justice for all. They have seen now that their attempt and many of the aspiring elites’ attempt to funnel wealth away from the American population has resulted in such dissatisfaction that they realize they cannot prevent a shift. They know so many Americans are dissatisfied with the erosion of their standard of living—it being the first generation that will have a lower standard of living than their parents—that they cannot stop some kind of change.

And you would again think that they would seek to deflate the conflict, maybe even be smart enough to pay people better, but this they are not able to do. They cannot think this way. Why? Because they are fallen beings and they have been fallen beings for so long that they cannot shift. The fallen beings have never been able or only in very rare cases, been able to say: “Well, listen, we see that people are getting dissatisfied because they are not making enough money and look, we are funneling so much money up to ourselves that we have so many billions of dollars we could not even spend them for the rest of our lifetimes. Should we not be smart enough to maintain status quo and keep people satisfied by paying them more so they can maintain the standard of living that they had in their parents’ generation? Would that not just be smart to do this? Then we can keep our privileged positions and keep the people happy. Give them bread and drama and they will be satisfied.”

Accepting compromise

But you see, the fallen beings cannot think this way because their minds are stuck on a track, like a broken record. And if they were to change, they would have to admit they were wrong, they had been wrong in the past, and this is the very essence of a fallen being.

Why did fallen beings fall? Because when they received the judgment of Christ of being confronted with the ascended masters, they rejected Christ and they are still in a fallen consciousness because they have continued to reject Christ. Therefore, they are saying: “The people have become too dissatisfied. We see that a change is coming. Let us see if we can take advantage of it by creating such chaos and turmoil that instead of real reform, instead of real changes, the people will come to a point where now they want stability more than an increased standard of living. In other words, if we can create a civil war-like scenario with such conflict and such upheaval in America, there will come a point where a majority of people say: “We have got to get some stability here. We have got to stop this conflict. Even if we have to make some compromises that allows the elite to rule even more firmly than they had done before.”

Obviously, people will not say this consciously, but this will be the result of it. People will be willing to accept compromises to avoid the conflict and therefore, there are fallen beings who are looking at American society and they are saying: “Where can we increase conflict? Who are the people that we can use, either because they are dissatisfied, because they are not willing to change themselves, or because they are not simply smart enough to realize they are being used in a far greater agenda.” And unfortunately, there is a large percentage of American young men who fall into that category. They are not smart enough to see when they are being used for a larger agenda that does not respect them whatsoever, and that will not give them what they want.

How to avoid conflict?

Now, I am not here trying to paint a doomsday scenario—that they will get away with this. I am simply trying to draw up the battlefront, so to speak. And now we can ask the question: “What can prevent this power elite from getting away with this?” And the answer is very, very simple—women—because women are willing to change themselves to a far higher degree than men. And it is only by transcending the traditional way of thinking that you can avoid the conflict that is now being created and magnified artificially.

I realize there are women who are willing to give up their right to vote and return to a traditional role. I realize there are women who are firmly supporting some of these groups that are creating conflict, but the majority of women are not. And the majority of women in the United States are far more willing to look at society, to look at themselves, and to ask these difficult questions. Men are far more stuck in certain ways of thinking. Obviously, this does not apply to all men. I am talking in general terms here. And that is why I can say unequivocally that if the United States is to avoid increasing conflict, increasing polarization and a civil war-like scenario, only women can stop it because women have a tendency to be far more balanced than men.

As we have said before, when the fallen beings came to earth, they saw it is far easier to inflame men to go to war than to get women to go to war because women are generally more balanced. They want stable families and so forth, and that is why women are more likely to say: “Okay boys, that is enough. We have to stop the conflict now.” Whereas men cannot stop it until there is violence. This is simply the reality that I see from the ascended perspective and I am quite optimistic that women will step up to their role, not only in the United States but actually worldwide, and speak out for their rights. And they will fulfill the potential for the decade of women, which really is to balance society and overcome these deep divisions that have been created by various groups of men. But of course, with the fallen beings behind it all.

The struggle between women and fallen beings

Women are also more likely to question the mindset of the fallen beings and say: “Why should we continue on this track that we see society has been on for so long?” And the reality here is that even though there are certainly fallen beings who are embodied in female bodies, there are far, far fewer women who are fallen beings than men who are fallen beings. And the reason for this is, of course, the serpent swallowing its own tail. When the fallen beings came to earth, they decided men should be the dominant sex and therefore, fallen beings who want power obviously want to incarnate as men and do so whenever possible.

These are sort of the underlying dynamic that very few people have realized that there is this—I hesitate to say epic battle—but there is really a very important struggle between women who can balance society and these groups of men who are seeking to polarize society as much as possible.

How many of these people who are Christians, how many of them can believe that the power elite who is using them care about Christianity whatsoever? Do you not see the irony that there are Christians in the United States who believe they are the true disciples of Christ, but they are submitting themselves to an agenda of fallen beings who for an enormous time span have been working against the case of Christ, against Christ? They are deliberately, distinctly anti-christ. But these conservative nationalist Christians, evangelicals, Catholics and others have submitted themselves to these fallen beings.

Can they see this? No, of course not. Can the Catholics see that the Catholic church was created by fallen beings, has been sustained by fallen beings and has for centuries done the bidding of the fallen beings in allowing the elite of the kings and the noble class in medieval Europe to be in their position because of the divine right promoted by the Catholic church? Has the Catholic church freed itself from the influence of the fallen beings? No. But at least it has elected a pope who is not a fallen being—let me make that clear—which is rare we might say, not unique, but rare.

A new vision for humanity

Where do we stand now? Well, we stand where we see that there is a need in America, in all democracies, for men and women who are willing to transcend the traditional track that society has been on. There is a need for these people, men and women, to come together and work together to improve society. We can say that for a time, if you look back at America’s past, for a time there was a need for black people to object and to plead their case. There was a need for women to object and plead their case. There was a need for feminism. But things have shifted.

Now there is a need for a new vision that goes beyond strictly working for female causes, black causes, Native Americans, this or that, but where you find a common ground that we have called the basic humanity and the essential humanity, the higher humanity. Where you look at the potential of human beings, the higher potential, and you reach for that. In other words, we are not looking for women to become more militant, so to speak, and to start blaming men or putting men down. We are looking for men and women, for women to find men that can transcend the traditional way of looking at the male-female relationship and work together and say: “This is not about men and women. This is about humanity, our higher potential.”

This, of course, is what was the driving force to some degree behind the founding fathers of America, which Saint Germain has more to say about. It was transcending the interests of specific groups for a higher vision, but that I will leave for Saint Germain to discuss, as he has, of course, much to say about America.

I am grateful for having had this opportunity to share with you my thoughts. I am, of course, not looking for Christians, Catholics or others who might honor me as the mother of Jesus to be willing to listen to this, or to even take in these ideas. For they have, of course, relegated me to their traditional female role. Oh yes, I was valuable as the mother of Jesus. I might be a saint now that they can pray to as a female version of their wish-fulfilling God, but other than that, they will not see me as a liberated woman, as a champion of women’s causes, or as someone who can transcend both male and female roles and simply expound upon the reality of what is going on in America today.

They will not see this. They will not respect this. They will not be willing to even listen to a word I have said. But you see, the fact that it has been said in the physical creates, through your auras and chakras, an impetus—a wave of light that is rolling through American society and forcing everyone to react to the light, to either accept or reject. And if they reject, that becomes the judgment of Christ.

With this, I have fulfilled my purpose for this address and I thank all of you who have been willing to be part of this unfolding of the interdependent originations of me above and you below.
